I'm a day late but...hey guys it's my favorite month! Last month's goals were a success. I went shopping for new clothes, I actually got some exciting news about a career possibility, and I'm still working toward getting fit. Even though I skipped half of my fitness classes in September, I still lost a few pounds.

October goals

1. Halloween costume!

2. Eat breakfast.

3. Work toward this goal.

I always put together my own Halloween costumes. No pre-made slutty [anything] for me. And I always choose to be characters that not everyone would know. I'm doing that again this year. I'm gonna need a lot of pieces to transform myself into my character this year. I need to get started!

I never eat breakfast. Which is a huge no no when you're trying to get fit and be healthy. Especially since it sends me to the snack machine at about 10:00 every day for a bag of Doritos. So every day this month I will be cooking myself breakfast. (Or maybe grabbing a banana or a granola bar from the pantry.)

My fitness class decided to add Friday to the mix. So that means I'll be going 3 days a week instead of 2. I might get up on Tuesdays and Thursdays to jog, too...we'll see. I still have a few pounds to lose if I want to reach my goal by November 1. And I do!
